As they say, “everything in moderation”. Nearly every week we see a buyer turned off by scent. Sometimes the scent is negative, like residual cooking smells or pet odor. Surprisingly, we see just as many buyers turned off by too much of a good thing– room deodorizer or strong candles. Strong scents of any kind provide a major distraction. When in doubt, opt for the cleansing affect of fresh air.
