“Moving from out of state is always a challenge. The Falk Ruvin Team helped us identify an ideal neighborhood and then a perfect home for us within that neighborhood. We recommend the team to anyone relocating to the Greater Milwaukee area. They were outstanding.”
– Alan Atchison, Grafton
Welcome To The Neighborhood
Small town charm prevails in the town and village of Grafton, a thriving community ideally situated a few miles west of Lake Michigan and just 20 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. In addition to the lake front, it also has the beautiful Milwaukee River flowing through it giving it spectacular views throughout. Over 120 acres of natural green open space are dedicated parks and there are numerous opportunities for recreation including: canoeing, fishing, biking, golfing, ice skating etc.
With a well-respected school district, a lower property tax environment, wide variety of restaurants, and ample locations for shopping, ranging from big box retail to local stores, there is no surprise this area is flourishing.
Invested in bringing the community together, Grafton loves its local annual festivals which include the 4th of July’s Holidaze fireworks and parade, Giro d’Grafton, a party at the third stop on the “Tour of America’s Dairyland” bike race, Grillin’ in Grafton, a huge BBQ event in July, the Fall into Grafton festival in October, a huge Christmas parade, and many others.
